More DotFA Cut-Outs

<CUT-OUT #1>
NEO: (Reading the news) "How could I, Neo Cortex, be expected into a military range?  Is this just bogus news, or is the specific base in serious trouble?" (Neo turns the page whilst I listen to the news on the radio)
RADIO ANNOUNCER: "A gang of eight street vandals have pulverised all of these bases and ranges: Fort Irwin (named for Private Irwin's great-great-grandfather, the founder) Military Reservation near Death Valley, Edwards Air Force Range near Bakersfield, 29 Palms Marine Corps Base near the 29 Palms town, Yuma Army Proving Ground in southwestern Arizona, Fort MacArthur Navy and Coast Guard Reservation, and Mojave Dunes Military Complex.  Those are only a few mentioned in the newspaper and on televised newscasts."
MYSELF: (surprised after listening) "OMG, is this really happening!"
NEO: "Nina, Mira, Lysel, Blinks, everyone!  You heard what Syths said!  The Armed Forces need us!  But it may be very risky to go out on base at a crash-course situation..."

<CUT-OUT #2>
MIRA: (Guarding the stockade's front gate) "Syths!  I've been waiting for you for hours!  Anything I need to know?"
MYSELF: "General Attix is the main troop leader.  He was holding a 5-hour orientation curfew at the tribune section.  Neo was chosen to protect every inch of base there is.  Nina, although she is only 16, is on strict guard for each of the 20 sites there are.  And don't forget, she's got metal prostheses so she can stick to the walls and watch from there.  I'm in charge of watching out for violence on and near the base- hackers, trespassers, intruders, unauthorised visitors from another base, etc.  I have all the gear needed:  An in-range transceiver, computer-generated spyglasses, and contact trouble report papers for the officers..."
MIRA: "Here's a hint:  When the range signal is red there is a violator near the base!  Zoom in and if you hear an alarm it will be loud enough so that person can hear it.  Send a text message or call out message on your transceiver to mine and bring those lower-class offenders here to me!"

FRAN SYSCO: (In the computer room of the main building) "Alfred Livingston- welcome to the computer room.  I'm Fran Sysco, an Apple Macintosh expert and a worker at the industry.  Now, your duty is type out all the upcoming events and report notices."

BLINKS: "As an Ace Leader, I have given you strict orders NOT to go out of field limits after 19:00.  Surnam, do me a huge favour and press the video surveillance switch to Red (active)!
SURNAM: "Yes, SIR!  And what if there are any trouble reports after that time?"
BLINKS: "'What-ifs' are unacceptable.  Say 'I will be on the lookout for all what's to be reported on this Military Service Base."  IS THAT CLEAR?"
SURNAM: Sir, yes SIR!"

(Street vandals have been spotted at 29 Palms Marine Corps Base.  I have received the news about the crime after the TAPS call)
MYSELF: "Those idiots were messing with that base for the second time!  CRASH CALL!!!"
